Hello my name is Joshua Joseph. Head chef and owner of Chef JJ Creations, a private chef and catering company located in Gainesville, FL. I grew up in South Florida and graduated from Johnson & Wales University with a degree in Culinary Arts. 

 

At a young age, my mother inspired me to cook delicious food from her home country of Haiti. Every week we prepared new Haitian dishes, which would have me asking questions and leave me wanting to do and learn more! By middle school, I knew food was my passion and never looked back.

I believe that through food, we can do amazing and powerful things! That’s why I wanted to be a chef and started Chef JJ Creations. My mission is to create jobs in our community, feed people delicious meals that put smiles on their faces, and to provide our customers with unforgettable service and hospitality.
